Fabriano, Italy is home to BEST range hoods. Only 75 miles from Rome, it's a world away from other range hood manufacturers. Here, range hood design is an obsession. The Professional Series is a collection of 30", 36" and 48" ranges offered by Thermador in All-Gas or Dual-Fuel. The All-Gas ranges have gas convection ovens equipped with an infrared broiler. Dual-Fuel ranges have electric self clean ovens featuring bake, broil, as well as convection bake. The gas cooking surface features a completely sealed burner system, which means there are no secondary drip trays or grease trays for you to clean. All burners are 15,000 Btu, and two of these burners have the exclusive XLO ExtraLow feature which allows you to simmer at an unbelievable low of only 375 Btu's which is great for sauces and gravies or just to keep the scrambled eggs warm without cooking them.
Thermador's DUAL-FUEL ranges and cooktops now come equipped with the new "STAR BURNER" which directs more of the heat and energy to the center of the pan greatly increasing its overall efficiency. An optional thermostatically controlled griddle or grill is available for the 36" and 48" ranges and cooktops.
